Terms & Conditions :
1. Discount Offer is valid from 23rd Jan 2019 to 30th April 2019 all across Reliance Fresh, Reliance Smart & Sahakari Bhandar Stores (“Stores”). This Discount Offer is valid only at Stores in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi NCR (Delhi, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Noida), Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai (Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane), Pune.
2. Discount offer is provided only for Customers using valid Mastercard Contactless Debit Card , Customer can avail this Mastercard Contactless Debit cards offer i) only on tapping and/or waving and ii) for a maximum amount of Rs. 1999.00 (Rupees One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety – Nine Only) per transaction or below. .
3. Discount offer :
i) Mastercard Contactless Cards: 20% Instant Discount on a single transaction of a minimum amount of INR 299, Maximum discount per transaction with Mastercard Contactless Debit card during the offer period is Rs. 60.00 (Rupees Sixty Only) Valid only for Value Format (Reliance Fresh, Reliance Smart & Sahakari Bhandar Stores).consumer discount will be applicable for up to 5 transactions in a week.
4. All products return would be entertained as per the company’s prevailing product return policy only.
5. Mastercard Contactless Card (debit or credit or prepaid card) cardholder are not bound in any way to participate in the discount offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
6. Reliance reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this offer at any time.
7. This discount offer is from Mastercard and conducted and implemented by Reliance Fresh, Reliance SMART, Sahakari Bhandar stores and is applicable to Eligible Cardholders.
8. Liability of Reliance is only limited to the discount offer amount.
9. Any disputes arising out of the offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Reliance for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provision of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai and language of arbitration shall be English.
10. All disputes under the Program shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.
11. Reliance and Mastercard reserve their right to change, discontinue, extend contest, or modify the terms and conditions thereof without giving any prior notice.
12. Holding of the discount offer is subject to normal force majeure conditions.
13. Reliance (including employees and directors) would not be liable or held responsible for any inactivated Mastercard Contactless Card(Debit or credit or prepaid card) any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the Internet, telecom, sms and emails service providers or faulty Mastercard Contactless card (debit or credit or prepaid card) or non-responding Mastercard Contactless card (debit or credit or prepaid card)or non-readable Mastercard Contactless card (debit or credit or prepaid card).
