- Valid on minimum booking of Rs.100
- Offer valid once per user during the offer period
- Offer applicable only on the IRCTC Website
- Offer valid from 20 October to 3rd January 2018
- Cashback will be credited to Freecharge wallet within 24 hours
- The entire invoice value has to be settled using Freecharge Wallet, partial payment not allowed
- In case of complete or partial order cancellation / return, entire cashback amount will be deducted from the total refund due
- Cashback amount will be in form of e-Voucher and valid for 6 months from the date of credit in Freecharge account
- In case of order cancellation, refund by Freecharge wallet will be processed within 7 to 10 working days
- This offer is open to all Freecharge Wallet Account holders whose accounts are valid and verified
- The cashback offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable

Payment have to be made using eligible and valid RuPay Platinum Debit Card.
Cash back will be calculated at the end of a calendar month and is capped at Rs. 25 per calendar
month. Only one transaction per calendar month is eligible for cash back.Terms & Conditions:-1. A transaction is eligible for cash back if the transactional value is Rs. 300 or above.
2. The payment has to be made using eligible and valid RuPay Platinum Debit card only.
3. Rs 25 will be processed as cash back on eligible transaction booked only through www.irctc…in.
4. Only one transaction in a calendar month is eligible for a cash back.
5. Unutilized transaction in a calendar month cannot be carried forward.
6. Not valid on train tickets booked at rail counters or any other mode other than as detailed above.
7. The cash back will be calculated on total IRCTC bill payment made by the Card Holder in each
calendar month.
8. If a Card Holder’s RuPay Platinum Debit Card is terminated at any time for any reason, whether by
the Card Holder or the Bank, the Card Holder will forthwith be disqualified from earning the bonus
Cash backs and all unused Cash backs then accrued shall automatically be forfeited immediately
after voluntary or involuntary cancellation of the RuPay Platinum Debit Card.
9. In case of cancellation or refund of the booked tickets, the cash back will not be reversed.
However, no further cash back for the calendar month will be made available.
10. NPCI shall not be liable if the Card Holder is unable to make payments on IRCTC website due to
any one or more of the following circumstances:
a. If the Card Holder’s Bank account with member bank does not contain sufficient
funds to cover the payment of the respective bill or the bill amount exceeds the
overdraft limit, if any, granted to the Card Holder.
b. If the funds available in the Card Holders bank account with member bank is under
any attachment, lien or charge.
c. For any causes due to Force Majeure such as earthquake, flood, fire and other
natural calamities or circumstances beyond the control of the NPCI.
11. NPCI reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason
whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace,
wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or
withdraw it altogether.
12. This offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens only.
13. NPCI reserves the absolute right to extend or terminate this cash back Offer or alter the terms &
conditions at any time.
14. Any dispute arising out of this cash back Offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the
jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
15. Standard Offer Terms and Conditions are additionally applicable.
