ONEPLUS NORD PRE ORDER OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This is a limited period promotional offer (“Offer”) provided and funded by [ OPlus Mobitech India Pvt Ltd ] (“OnePlus”/”Brand”), and made available on www.amazon.in and/or the mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).

These T&Cs are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice to which you agree by using the mobile application of www.amazon.in (hereinafter referred to as “Amazon.in”). To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Offer only.

For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Offer.

ELIGIBILITY:

You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Offer:

(a) You should purchase the OnePlus Nord Pre Order and a OnePlus Nord Smartphone in the below mentioned time periods. (b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in; (c) You have a billing address within the territory of India;
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest;

DETAILS OF THE OFFER:

Purchase the OnePlus Nord Pre Order anytime between 15th July 2020 to 27th July 2020 (both days inclusive).

Purchase any variant of the OnePlus Nord Smartphone anytime between 28th July 2020 and 31st August 2020 (both days inclusive).

Amazon will send the eligible customers (who fulfill 1st and 2nd conditions) a coupon code and the Gift Box web-link (directed to oneplus.in website) by 20th Sep.

Redeem the Gift Box in the web-link (on oneplus.in website) provided by Amazon at zero cost. The Gift Box contains a OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z Blue and a OnePlus Nord Sandstone Case Blue.

In case the customer does not purchase OnePlus Nord Smartphone between the aforementioned Phone Sale period (point 2 above), OnePlus Nord Pre Order Box will not be refunded.

OTHER OFFERS /PROMOTIONS:

Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Offer, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit and/ or prize awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

GIFT BOX REDEMPTION:

Amazon will notify the participants, eligible to claim the Gift Box, by e-mail / SMS. You will automatically forfeit your claim to the Gift Box if you cancel/return the purchase of the OnePlus Nord Pre Order or OnePlus Nord Smartphone, or do not meet the eligibility criteria, or do not comply with these T&Cs. Further, if eligible, you will need to claim the Gift Box within 15 days from the Notification Date, failing which, you will deem to have forfeited the Prize. The procedure of claiming the Box will be as instructed by Amazon, wherein you may be required to visit appropriate web-links and provide requisite details.

FORCE MAJEURE:

This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Amazon (“Force Majeure Event”). OnePlus shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to you as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer being provided on Amazon.in.

The Brand reserves the absolute right to alter any of these Offer Terms at any time without prior notice.

The Brands reserve the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Amazon reserves the right to remove this Offer from Amazon.in at any time and without any prior notice.

These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.
