This Offer is made available to the Customers selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank.

The customer has to use the code at the time of making payment to avail the offer; in case the code is not used Discount/ CashBack cannot be credited to the customer.

Cashback will be posted in 7 working days. A customer has to update the KYC to receive cashback.

In case of customer’s wallet is blocked customers can make payment using link card however the customer will receive cashback post unblocking of the card by the customer.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The above offer is by way of a special offer for select HDFC Bank Credit/Debit Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the cardmember agreement. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the cardmember agreement.

All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of the above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts/tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

Any query regarding the program will be entertained until 60 days from the offer fulfilment date. Post such date; the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.

Any TAT committed with respect to the posting of CashBack for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of posting; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfilment is completed at the earliest.

In case of delay in posting or non-posting of CashBack if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, the customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & have the Reward points/ CashBack posted if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C.

Other Terms and Conditions:

Offer applicable for all PayZapp registered users

Customers must log in with their PayZapp registered mobile no. and transact, to be eligible for CashBack.

Customers not logging with their PayZapp Registered mobile no. are not eligible for CashBack.

Customers doing a “Guest Checkout” are not eligible for CashBack.

The customer should be a KYC verified customer at the time of the transaction, as per PayZapp to be eligible for CashBack.

Customers who are not KYC verified at the time of the transaction, as per PayZapp are not eligible for CashBack.

The customer should be a KYC verified customer at the time of receipt of CashBack.

Customers who are not KYC verified at the of receipt of CashBack are not eligible for CashBack

Customers need to have an active PayZapp Prepaid card for the successful receipt of CashBack.

Customers not having an active PayZapp Prepaid card are not eligible for CashBack.

Customers having 10 K prepaid cards (Minimum KYC) will be eligible for CashBack basis offer terms & Conditions and can use it for Commerce transactions only. (excluding P2P & Prepaid card to account)

Customers having 1 Lac Prepaid Card (Full KYC) will be eligible for CashBack basis offer terms & Conditions and can use it for all Prepaid Card transactions.
