1.Program Details, Concept, and Participation:
These terms and conditions apply to NESTLE ® MUNCH ® 100% Assured Cashback Promo (hereinafter referred to as “Program”) for voluntary participation of Consumers, sponsored and launched by Nestlé India Limited (Nestlé India), having its registered office at 100 / 101, World Trade Centre, Barakhamba Lane, New Delhi – 110 001 and conducted by Pine Labs Private Limited, having its registered office at 107, Gupta Arcade, Plot No. 5, L.S.C, Mayur Vihar Phase -1 Extension,, Delhi, India, 110091 (hereinafter referred to as “Agency”).(hereinafter referred to as “Agency”) wherein Consumers can avail a 100% Cashback of Rs.10 by scanning the QR code on the pack and entering a URC code thereafter (herein referred to as the ‘code’) printed on the pack of NESTLE ® MUNCH ®18g pack (hereinafter referred to as the “Program Packs”).
The Program is valid only in India from 1st Jun 2024 to 30th Aug 2024 (both dates inclusive) (hereinafter referred to as “Program Period”). The Program is valid throughout India. Products available without this offer also. The Program is open to consumers only. Any entry for the Program after 30th Aug 24 shall not be entertained and will summarily be rejected. Participation is voluntary.
During the Program Period Participant stands a chance to avail a 100% Cashback of Rs.10 by scanning the QR code on the pack and entering a URC code printed on the pack of NESTLE ® MUNCH ®18g pack (hereinafter referred to as the “Program Packs”).
1 cashback for a single mobile number during the entire Program Period.
Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Program shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
Participants purchasing the Program Pack can participate only 1 time using an URC code. Only 1 participation is allowed for a particular mobile number.
Participant is eligible to get only 1 cashback worth Rs.10 from single mobile number during the program period described above.
The Program is subject to all applicable central, state, and local laws and regulations.
Regular call and message rates will apply as per the telecom operator of Participants in their respective circles.
The Participants will need an internet connection to access the website link shared via the confirmatory SMS. Regular data rates will apply as per the telecom operator of Participants in their respective circle.
Participant/s will have to enter their details like Name, phone number, URC code & OTP only.
Nestlé India / its Agency reserves the right to cancel/amend/extend the Program Period without giving any notice/intimation. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
The Employees, agents, associates, and promoters of NESTLÉ India and of its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertisement agencies (including their immediate family members) and all others directly associated with organizing the Program(s) are not eligible to participate.
