This offer has been made by Kotak Mahindra Bank (“Bank”) for Kotak Mobile App and Net Banking Customers (“Customer”) of the Bank transacting on Ola (“Ola”) in KayMall.

The offer is valid from 21st Aug 2019 to 4th Sep 2019 (“Offer Period”)

Eligible customers shall mean customers who are transacting on Ola through KayMall for the first time within Kotak Mobile Banking App or Net Banking, during the Offer Period.

The Offer is valid only on successful transactions done. Reversed, cancelled transactions will not be considered to be eligible for availing the benefits of the Offer.

The Offer is valid only on transaction/s done on KayMall (in Kotak Mobile Banking App/ Net Banking)

Customer shall be eligible for a maximum cashback of Rs. 50 during the Offer Period. The cashback shall be credited to the customer’s Kotak account within 120 business days of the Offer end date.

Participation in this offer is voluntary

Any Customer eligible to avail the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, the general terms and conditions of the Bank and the terms and conditions of the respective merchant in relation to the Offer before availing the Offer. Bank merely facilitates its Customers to avail the Offer and it is in no way concerned or connected with the terms and conditions of the merchants.

The Offer is non-negotiable, non-encashable and non-transferable.

Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by the merchants – Ola (“Ola”), its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims (whether direct or indirect) actions or demands suffered by the Customer in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer.

The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.

The Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by Ola. Any issue or dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Customer directly with Ola by contacting on toll free number 8884761543 without any reference to the Bank.

Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

Disputes arising out of or in connection with the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts or tribunals in Mumbai.

The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to the Offer shall be final and binding on all persons.
