A BRIEF of the cash back scheme starting from 16.02.2020

1) Period : 16.02.2020 to 31.03.2020

2) Mobile No. will be identifier as a individual customer.

3) 10 % Cash back for payment through Debit card / Credit card, UPI.

4) Customer is required to send an SMS @ 9594925848 on the day of transaction. It should have APPR code / AUTH code (available on charge slip) or UPI Txn ref no received on his mobile number and AMOUNT (nearest rupee). These SMSs shall be validated against the transaction details being made available to us by the different banks on ‘T + 1’ day basis.

5) Min. Ticket size / transaction value is Rs. 100 /-

6) 10 % Cash back amount restricted to Rs. 50 max. per transaction

7) Each customer is entitled to have cash back max. 5 times during campaign period-so total cashback that a customer can claim is capped to Rs 250/-during the campaign period.

8) Over and above the 10% cashback,the following activities also will be carried out for the customers:

– Rs. 5000 per lucky draw winner / 40 winners per day (unique m. no. is entitled only once during campaign period) except Tamilnadu and Puducherry.

– Rs. 5000 per slogan contest winner / 3 winners per day (unique m. no. is entitled only once during campaign period) only for Tamilnadu and Puducherry

– Social media promotional campaigns/contestsduring the campaign period

9) All eligible customers shall be getting the cash-back amount through XTRAREWARDS only.

10) All participating customers who are not existing XTRAREWARDS members shall be sent a SMS link – inviting them to fill in the details (Name*, M/F*, DOB*, types of vehicle and e-mail). *: mandatory fields.

11) XTRAREWARDS membership no. shall be generated for each correctly / fully filled response as above.

12) Winning cash-back value shall be loaded as equivalent XR points in the XTRAREWARDS membership a/c in (T+5) days.
