Terms & Conditions Of Amazon Pay Cashback Offer April :

1.This limited period promotional offer (“Offer”) is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”) and is made available to you on the website www.faasos.com and its corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively “Faasos”), which is maintained and operated by Faasos Food Services Private Limited (“Faasos”). The Offer may also be marketed and promoted on www.amazon.in and its corresponding mobile site and mobile application (“Amazon.in”).

2.These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, and terms and conditions applicable to the use of Faasos. In the event of any conflict between any such terms and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms shall prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.

3.You may only avail this Offer if you are a person resident in India.

4.The Offer is valid from April 1, 2018 to April 30, 2018 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon in its sole discretion, without assigning any reason, without prior notice, and without any liability.

5.During the Offer Period, any customer who:

(a)completes a transaction on Faasos; and

(b)pays for such transaction using the “Amazon Pay” payment option / method available on Faasos,

will be entitled to receive a cashback of an amount of 30% of the value of such transaction, up to a maximum cashback of INR 75 (each such transaction, a “Qualifying Transaction” , each such customer, a “Qualifying Customer”, and such cashback, “Cashback”).
6.In addition to the Cashback, in the event Qualifying Customer is an Amazon Prime member, the Qualifying Customer will be entitled to an additional cashback of INR 50 (“Additional Cashback”). In other words, the Additional Cashback will be provided to a Qualifying Customer only if he/she has an active Amazon Prime membership for the Amazon.in account on the day of the Qualifying Transaction.

7.Both the Cashback and the Additional Cashback, under this Offer, will be provided in the form of Amazon Gift Card, issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited (“Gift Card”), which is redeemable into Amazon Pay Balance associated with the Amazon.in account of the Qualifying Customer. The use and redemption of the Gift Cards is subject to the applicable terms and conditions, available at Amazon.in.

8.Each Qualifying Customer can avail this Offer only once during the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of Qualifying Transactions completed during the Offer Period.

9.The Cashback and/or the Additional Cashback (as the case may be) under this Offer will be provided to the Qualifying Customer within 3 business days of completion of the Qualifying Transaction in accordance with these Offer Terms.

10.This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion made available by Amazon on Faasos.

11.Amazon and Faasos reserve the right to disqualify a customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.

12.Under no circumstances, will the benefit under this Offer be provided in cash by Amazon or by Faasos.

13.By participating in this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that he/she may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer or by the use of Faasos, including the transactions carried on thereto.

14.Any query / issues regarding the Offer will be entertained by Amazon only during the Offer Period. Post expiry of the Offer Period, Amazon will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer or the benefits under this Offer from any person.

15.Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

16.The terms of purchase of services (under the Qualifying Transaction) on Faasos, by the Qualifying Customer, shall be governed by the terms and conditions of Faasos.

17.All disputes between the Qualifying Customers and Faasos will be resolved inter se and Amazon will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between them.

18.Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.

19.These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

20.Customers are not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a ‘best effort basis’.

21.Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
