DETAILS OF THE CAMPAIGN AND HOW TO ENTER:

This Campaign for the retailers shall also be referred to as “Wishpack Retailer Promo”.

Only ‘retailers and/or wholesalers’ are eligible to participate in this campaign; end consumers are not.

2.1. Retailer can participate in the Wishpack Retailer Promo by following the following instructions-

This Campaign will commence from 00:01 a.m. 15th February 2021 and end at 11:59 p.m. on 15th April 2021 (“Campaign Period”). Any entries before or after the Campaign Period will not be considered. We reserve our right to cancel/modify/extend the Campaign Period or the T&Cs applicable to this Campaign without giving any prior notice to You. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.

In order to be eligible for the Campaign, during the Campaign Period, you must purchase Cadbury Dairy Milk Rs. 5 and Rs. 10 outer. Participation in the Campaign is subject to availability of the product in the market during the Campaign Period. We or Campaign Organizer shall not be held responsible for any circumstance leading to non-availability of the product in the market.

PRIZES:

There are total of up to 90,316 Prizes that will be funded by Mondelez under this Wishpack Retailer Promo, a maximum of one Prize for each participant who is declared a winner by us and complies with our T&Cs. Each participant would be eligible to win only if he/ she has participated in the Campaign in the manner provided under the ‘Details of the Campaign and How to Enter’ section given in this letter agreement. Subject to these T&Cs, the winner’s Prize will be delivered to the winners by Campaign Organiser. Participants shall be eligible to win the following Prizes-
