1. The Amazon Pay Link Cashback offer (“Offer”) is made available to you on www.amazon.in, and the mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”). The Offer is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”)
2. These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. To the extent the Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.
3. This Offer is valid from December 11, 2017 to February 10, 2018 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”), unless extended or revoked by Amazon (in its sole discretion) without notice and without any liability.
4. This Offer is available only to select customers, who make purchases on Amazon.in and pay for the purchases using Amazon Pay Link through applicable electronic modes. For the avoidance of doubt, “Amazon Pay Link” is a web-link based payment solution that is triggered to the customer once the order is ‘out on road’ or at the doorstep, through an SMS to his/her registered mobile number, and facilitates payments through debit card, credit card or net banking.
5. During the Offer Period, any customer who:
   (i) makes a purchase of any product on Amazon.in;
   (ii) chooses to pay for such purchase transaction using the Cash On Delivery (“CoD”) payment method, if available; and
   (iii) elects to pay through the Amazon Pay Link (using a credit card or debit card or net banking),
   will be eligible to receive 5% cashback, up to a maximum amount of INR 50. For the avoidance of doubt, a customer will not be eligible to avail this Offer, if he/she chooses to pay for the said CoD order in cash to the delivery executive. A customer will not be entitled to avail this Offer if Amazon Pay Link option is not available (for any reason whatsoever) at the delivery address or for the Purchase Transaction, of the customer.
6. The cashback will be provided to the customers in the form of Amazon.in Gift Card, issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited (“Gift Card”). The use and redemption of the Gift Card(s) is governed by the Amazon.in Gift Card Terms and Conditions, available at: https://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/display.html%3FnodeId=201522810&app-nav-type=modal/ref=gcui_d_e_tc_o_d_b_w.
7. This Offer can be availed by a customer only once during the Offer Period. A customer cannot avail this Offer on a subsequent purchase during the Offer Period.
8. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Offer Terms, this Offer is not applicable on the purchase of the following products: (i) Amazon Gift Card; (ii) Amazon Pay Balance; (iii) prepaid recharges (iv) RBL Bank’s cards (including a Card issued by RBL Bank or any of its group companies); (v) bank cards (such as ticket compliments, GCs etc.); (vi) annual Prime membership;.
9. The cashback amount will be provided to the eligible customer within 10 (ten) calendar days of the successful delivery of the order.
10. In the event the order is returned by the customer or cancelled by the customer, seller or Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (entity operating Amazon.in), for any reason whatsoever, the order / purchase transaction will not qualify for this Offer and the participation of the customer will be deemed withdrawn.
11. Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
12. This Offer cannot be availed on: (i) purchase of the ineligible / excluded products mentioned above; (ii) prepaid payment by the customer for the purchase: (a) by payment methods other than CoD, (b) by payment for a CoD order in cash or by card through an mPOS terminal (swipe of a debit card or credit card), or (c) if the customer fails or is unable to make payment for the order through Amazon Pay Link.
13. Under no circumstances, will the cashback being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by Amazon.
14. Any query / issue in relation to the cashback will be entertained by Amazon only during the Offer Period. Post the expiry of the Offer Period, Amazon will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer or the cashback from any person.
15. By participating in this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with his/her use or delivery or misuse of any product purchased on Amazon.in.
16. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
17. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for the customers.
18. Amazon reserves the right to disqualify a customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
19. All disputes arising out of this Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
20. The customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

1. What is the offer?

Pay for your cash on delivery (CoD) order through Amazon Pay Link using a debit card, credit card or net banking during the Offer Period (December 11, 2017 to February 10, 2018) and get 5% cashback in form of Amazon Pay Balance, up to a maximum of INR 50. A customer doing the first successful payment transaction through Amazon Pay Link during the Offer Period will be eligible for this Offer.

2. How can I avail this offer?

Go through the normal purchase process on Amazon.in and chose to pay using the ‘cash on delivery’ payment option. During or before delivery of your cash on delivery order, pay using a debit card, credit card or net banking through Amazon Pay link and you will become eligible for the Offer, subject to the compliance with the terms and conditions applicable to the Offer.

3. Can I avail the Offer on more than 1 (one) purchase?

This Offer can only be availed by a customer once during the Offer Period, i.e. this Offer will not be applicable on any subsequent purchase made by the customer on Amazon.in during the Offer Period.

4. What is the minimum transaction size?

None. Every successful purchase completed on Amazon.in account will be eligible to avail the Offer, provided the customer fulfills the eligibility criteria prescribed under the terms and conditions of the Offer.

5. When will I receive the cashback?

Eligible Customers will receive the cashback within 10 calendar days of making the payment through Amazon Pay Link.
