This is one of the “unlocked offers” when a customer Installs Amazon Assistant and makes a purchase of Rs.499 or more during Amazon Assistant Cashback Offer (28 September- 25 October, 2019)

Q1. What’s the offer construct?

A. Customers will get a flat cashback of Rs.100 applicable once per user for installing Amazon Assistant on desktop/PC during the offer period. Offer is only applicable for customers who have collected the offer by clicking on ‘Collect this offer’ link sent on email and SMS

Q2. How do I avail this cashback offer?

A. After Installing Amazon Assistant on desktop/PC during 28th September -25th October ’2019, customers will receive an SMS and Email to unlock this offer

B. You will have to click on ‘collect the offer’ in the SMS/Email link that you receive.

C. On clicking ‘collect the offer’ you will be taken to the page where you can click on ‘Order Now’ to redeem the offer. You can go ahead and make a purchase of Rs. 499 or more.

Q3. What is the offer period?

A. Offer is valid from 28th Sept -25th October 2019, both days inclusive

Q4. How many times can I avail the offer?

A. The offer can be availed once per user during the offer period.

Q5. How and when will the cashback reach the customers?

A. The cashback will be credited as Amazon Pay balance after your item is shipped. You can check the status of your order in ‘your orders’ section of your Amazon.in account

Q6. Is the offer valid on all purchases?

A. Offer is valid only on retail purchases with a minimum value of INR 499 (before shipping and tax)

Q7. What will happen if my order is cancelled partially or fully?

A. This Offer will not be applicable if you, the Merchant or Amazon cancels the order fully or partially and in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. However, if you place another valid order after this during the offer period, the new order will be eligible for the cashback

This limited period promotional ‘Install Amazon Assistant & get INR 100’ offer (“Offer”) is provided by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) on the www.amazon.in desktop website only (“Amazon.in”).

These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree by using Amazon.in; the Amazon Assistant terms of use to which you agree by using Amazon Assistant. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and/ or Privacy Notice or the Amazon Assistant terms of use are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only.

This Offer is only valid from 28 September 2019 to 25 October 2019, both days inclusive (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon in its sole discretion without any prior notice & without any liability.

During the Offer Period, every customer who: (a) signs-in to his/ her Amazon.in account; and (b) downloads the Amazon Assistant tool on his/ her web browser.

Once the above steps are completed, eligible customers will receive an SMS or email on their phone number or email, respectively, registered with Amazon, with a link with details in respect of the Offer.

To avail the Benefit (as defined below), the customer must click on the link in the SMS or email and make a minimum purchase of INR 499 of any product listed on Amazon.in by a third party seller (such person hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”). Post such purchase, the customer will be eligible to receive promotional cashback of INR 100 in the form of Amazon Pay balance (“Benefit”).

The Benefit, under this Offer, will be provided to the eligible Purchaser within 72 hours of making the purchase in the form of an Amazon Gift Card, issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited, which is redeemable as Amazon Pay balance. The use and redemption of Amazon Gift Card is governed by the applicable terms and conditions available at https://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=202112070.

Each Purchaser will be eligible to receive the Benefit only once i.e. the first time he or she meets the criteria mentioned above, irrespective of the number of times he or she installs the Amazon Assistant tool during the Offer Period, provided that the Purchaser does not delete the Amazon Assistant tool.

Amazon reserves the absolute right, to add/ modify/ change/ withdraw and/or alter any or all of the Offer Terms, or to replace, wholly or in party, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, at any time, without prior notice without liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever.

The decisions of Amazon and its representatives regarding organizing/ running / process/ results of the Offer shall be final and binding on all the participants of the Offer. No appeals will be entertained in this regard.

Benefit under this Offer is not transferable, assignable or exchangeable. The Benefit cannot be negotiated or refunded, and by no means will cash equivalent be given.

Any taxes as per the applicable laws, rules and regulations of Central/state government or local authorities shall be borne by the customer.

Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.

Failure by Amazon to enforce any of these Offer Terms in any instance shall not be deemed a waiver of the Offer Terms and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.

This Offer is provided to you on a best effort basis and availing this Offer is voluntary. By availing this Offer, you agree that Amazon or its affiliates will not be held liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any matter in connection with the Offer.

The Offer shall be governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising out of and/ or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.
